What a fiasco! I ordered a beautiful bouquet of white tulips Debenhams flowers (since I knew they would be administered by "Flowers Direct") to my stepmother for Christmas to be delivered on Christmas Eve. Flowers were delivered, but it was a bunch of shit red, with leaves that had been spray painted silver – Disgusting! The card was misspelled and looked like it had been written by a preschooler! Wasn't even any flower food! Fortunately, I saw the legislation before returning and I whipped at home lol I'm embarrassed. five weeks and the issue has not been resolved. I got my money. But they promised me that the flowers would be delivered right – Tumbleweed insert here ….. someone else had problems with them? Im taking them down! lol
No sorry I have not had problems with the Debenhams only problem I had was with Marks & Spencer. My son and daughter-in-law ordered flowers for my birthday, of course, my birthday they asked me to say I thought flowers and none had arrived. M & S had received a call from the owner that she had been at work all day and come home to find flowers on his door were not for her. M & S actually asked my son to get your mother to turn to another room and pick flowers. Well my son says I can not repeat, he said he had paid for flowers to be delivered to my house 2 blocks away. To be honest, if I had known what I went around and picked them up. Anyway they are another bunch of flowers and have them delivered that day and they also gave my son his money. The flowers are dead in a couple of days, unfortunately they did not look as if they were thrown together in a hurry. Not that I told my son and daughter-in-law even if, as they got their money back was okay. I would not let any Debenhams afford and I would call them again and tell them flowers has not happened yet!
