I sell my house. Anyone have any superstitions that may help / hurt this effort?

Superstitions can not hurt, but it could help my effort. It's only been on the market a week and takes place is beautifully organized, very clean and shows well, but I still feel like I need a extra touch. I am eager and ready for sale … on the advice of others, I buried face down a statue of St. Joseph in the backyard. (Although I'm not Catholic!) And I still yellow flowers in a vase near the door. My realtor told me said browser does not cake or bread, which is now given as a sign that attempts to read or hide another smell. But a lemon cut costs and allow a cutting board before any show. Anyone have more of those superstitions that help / Damage to a home sale? If Please share!
